Domain Name Registration Terms

This agreement governs the registration, renewal, and transfer of domain names through HostBay. As a domain registrant, you agree to provide accurate and current contact information (WHOIS data) and to keep it updated. Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the relevant registry (ICANN for gTLDs, Nominet for .uk domains, etc.). Domains must be renewed before their expiry date to avoid deletion. Transfer locks are applied for 60 days after registration or transfer as required by ICANN policy.
